- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and then mix in the sour cream.
- Gradually combine the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just mixed.
- For the filling, blend cream cheese with sugar until smooth; fold in half of the blueberries.
- Spread half of the batter in the prepared pan. Top with dollops of cream cheese mixture and sprinkle remaining blueberries. Layer the rest of the batter on top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
