Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef with salt and pepper. Mix in half of the chopped jalapeños and form into four patties (about 6 ounces each).
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the patties for about 4 minutes per side or until cooked to your liking.
- Place one slice of Swiss cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking; close the grill lid to melt.
- Toast the buns on the grill cut-side down until golden brown.
