- 2 lbs baby back pork ribs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs, rinse under cold water, and pat dry.
- In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne (if using). Rub this seasoning generously over both sides of the ribs.
- Pour apple cider vinegar into the Instant Pot and place the seasoned ribs upright inside.
- Seal the lid and cook on high pressure for 25 minutes. After cooking, allow for natural pressure release for about 10 minutes before quick-releasing any remaining pressure.
- Brush the ribs with BBQ sauce and broil or grill until caramelized.
