Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs baby back pork ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs, rinse under cold water, and pat dry.
  2. In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne (if using). Rub this seasoning generously over both sides of the ribs.
  3. Pour apple cider vinegar into the Instant Pot and place the seasoned ribs upright inside.
  4. Seal the lid and cook on high pressure for 25 minutes. After cooking, allow for natural pressure release for about 10 minutes before quick-releasing any remaining pressure.
  5. Brush the ribs with BBQ sauce and broil or grill until caramelized.
