 - 2 (14.5 oz) cans diced tomatoes
 - 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, rinsed
 - 3 tbsp chili powder
 - 1 tsp cumin
 - 1 tsp paprika
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - ½ cup sour cream
 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 
Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 5 minutes, breaking it up as it cooks.
 - Add chopped onions and minced garlic; sauté until onions are translucent (about 3 minutes).
