- 1 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Shape mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through (internal temperature reaches 160°F/70°C).
- Meanwhile, warm BBQ sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Toss baked meatballs in the sauce until coated and serve on a spooky platter.
