Description

Halloween is the perfect occasion to delight your guests with some spooky and delicious monster meatballs. These bite-sized treats, coated in a sweet and tangy BBQ sauce, are not only visually appealing but also packed with flavor. They make for an excellent addition to any Halloween gathering and are sure to disappear faster than candy on Halloween night!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (lean)
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Shape mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through (internal temperature reaches 160°F/70°C).
  5. Meanwhile, warm BBQ sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
  6. Toss baked meatballs in the sauce until coated and serve on a spooky platter.
