  • Zest of 2 lemons
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • Lemon zest for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, and sweetened condensed milk until combined. Fold in half of the whipped cream until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip remaining heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  4. Layer half of the lemon mixture over graham crackers in a dish; top with more crackers, remaining lemon mixture, and finish with whipped cream.
