Instructions
- Sauté minced garlic in olive oil using the sauté function on the Instant Pot for about one minute.
- Add canned diced tomatoes (with juice), Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; stir to combine.
- Break spaghetti in half and add it to the pot. Pour enough water to just cover the pasta (about 4 cups).
- Seal the lid and set to manual high pressure for 5 minutes.
- Once done, carefully perform a quick release of steam.
