  • 1 lb lean ground beef (or turkey/chicken)

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Slice the zucchinis in half lengthwise and scoop out some flesh to create boats.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground meat with diced onions for about 5 minutes.
