- 3. Roll Out the Dough: On a floured surface, roll out dough to about 1/8 inch thick and cut into ghost shapes.
- 4. Assemble the Hand Pies: Place filling on half of each shape, fold over, and seal edges with a fork.
- 5. Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
- 6. Cool and Serve: Allow to cool slightly before serving. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
