Instructions
- Rinse millet under cold water. In a medium saucepan, combine millet and water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes until all water is absorbed.
 - While millet cooks, slice strawberries into quarters.
 - In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, lemon juice, and thyme.
