- 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or Italian-seasoned)

- 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese (cubed)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2. Sauté chopped spinach and minced garlic in a skillet over medium heat until wilted; let it cool.
- 3. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cooked spinach, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- 4. Take about two tablespoons of the mixture, flatten it in your hand, place a cube of mozzarella in the center, and roll it into a ball.
