Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour and warm water to form a smooth dough. Knead for about five minutes and let rest for at least 30 minutes.
- Simmer pork stock in a saucepan. Add soy sauce and sesame oil until slightly thickened. Let cool.
- Combine ground pork, ginger, green onions, and two tablespoons of cooled broth in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Divide rested dough into small balls and roll each into thin circles (about three inches).
- Place filling in the center of each wrapper and pinch edges to seal.
- Arrange dumplings in a steamer lined with parchment paper and steam over boiling water for about ten minutes.
