  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or Italian-style)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup smoked cheese (gouda or cheddar), cubed
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and parsley until just mixed.
