- 1 medium green cabbage head (about 2 lbs)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Remove outer leaves from the cabbage and slice into thin strips.
- Layer half of the cabbage in the baking dish. Drizzle with half of the melted butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Repeat with remaining cabbage, then pour heavy cream over all layers and top generously with shredded cheeses.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
