Description

Red, White & Blue Cheesecake Swirled Bars are the ultimate summer dessert, perfect for barbecues and patriotic celebrations. Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries (or frozen)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of the baking dish.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add eggs one at a time, mixing in vanilla until creamy.
  4. Mash blueberries and strawberries together in a separate bowl.
  5. Pour half the cheesecake mixture over the crust, then drop spoonfuls of berry mixture on top. Pour remaining cheesecake filling and swirl gently.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes until edges are set but center jiggles slightly. Cool completely before slicing.
