  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  5. Drop tablespoons of dough onto prepared sheets about two inches apart.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden around the edges but soft in the center.
  7. Cool on the sheet for five minutes before transferring to wire racks.
