- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press into the bottom of each liner to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Mix in sugar and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture over each crust until three-quarters full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Allow to cool completely before refrigerating for at least two hours.
- Once chilled, top each cheesecake with chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
