Description

Mini Turtle Cheesecakes are delightful bite-sized desserts that combine creamy cheesecake with layers of rich chocolate, smooth caramel, and crunchy pecans. These mini indulgences are perfect for celebrations or as a sweet treat after a long day. Easy to prepare ahead of time, they will impress your guests and satisfy your cravings with every delicious bite.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press into the bottom of each liner to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Mix in sugar and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Spoon the cream cheese mixture over each crust until three-quarters full.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Allow to cool completely before refrigerating for at least two hours.
  6. Once chilled, top each cheesecake with chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
