  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 1 cup guacamole

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning with a splash of water.
