- In another bowl, mix milk and melted butter until blended.

- Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each cake.
- Cook until bubbles form on top (about 2 minutes), then flip and cook for another 2 minutes until golden brown.
