- 1 tsp onion powder

- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce and brown sugar until dissolved. Add chicken drumsticks, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (overnight preferred).
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375°F/190°C).
- Remove drumsticks from the marinade, pat dry with paper towels, drizzle with olive oil, and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place drumsticks on the grill over indirect heat. Cook for 30-35 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown.
- In the last 5 minutes of grilling, generously coat each drumstick with BBQ sauce and close the lid to caramelize.
- Once cooked through (internal temperature of at least 165°F/75°C), serve hot with extra BBQ sauce if desired.
