- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let rise in a warm area until doubled (about 1 hour).
- Punch down the dough, fold in garlic and rosemary, divide into eight pieces, shape into balls, and place on a greased baking tray.
- Let rise again for another 30 minutes while preheating the oven to 400°F (200°C).
