  • 8 oz fresh goat cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp fresh tarragon, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Slice goat cheese into rounds about half an inch thick.
  2. Beat the eggs in one bowl. In another, mix panko breadcrumbs with chopped tarragon.
  3. Dip each cheese round in egg, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until hot.
  5. Fry cheese rounds for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Drain on paper towels and drizzle with honey before serving.
