- 4 ears fresh corn on the cob
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Instructions
- Shuck the corn and remove silk strands. Rinse and pat dry.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and Mexican crema until smooth. Stir in lime juice.
- Brush each corn cob generously with the creamy mixture.
- Sprinkle chili powder and salt evenly over each cob.
- Place corn in an air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
