  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup cranberry jam

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  2. Beat cream cheese in a separate bowl until smooth. Gradually mix in sour cream and sugar until fully combined.
  3. Melt white chocolate chips and allow them to cool slightly before folding into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Layer half of the cream cheese filling over the crust, followed by half of the cranberry jam. Pour the remaining filling on top, finishing with more cranberry jam.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
  6. Slice and serve with an extra drizzle of cranberry jam if desired.
