- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a large bowl, mix chicken breasts with half of the buffalo sauce until well-coated.
- In another bowl, blend cream cheese with the remaining buffalo sauce until smooth.
- Layer half of the chicken mixture in the baking dish, pour the creamy sauce over it, top with remaining chicken, and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
