  • 2 cups whole milk (or almond/oat milk)
  • 6 cups stale French or sourdough bread, cubed
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, spinach, onions)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cube stale bread into bite-sized pieces; optionally toast for extra crunch.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
