  • 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
  • 8 strips thick-cut bacon
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 7-10 minutes. Drain on paper towels and chop.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
