- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

- Season with thyme, bay leaf, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to simmer for about 30 minutes until lentils are tender.
- Adjust seasoning as needed before serving; remove bay leaf.
