- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Chop the chicken and vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, chicken broth, and cornstarch; whisk until smooth.
- Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and stir-fry until golden brown (about 5 minutes), then set aside.
