- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Trim excess fat from chicken breasts and rinse under cold water. Pat dry.
- Season both sides with salt and pepper; add minced garlic on top.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, chicken broth, and honey until combined.
- Set Instant Pot to sauté; add olive oil and sear chicken on each side for 2-3 minutes until golden.

- Allow natural release for 5 minutes then quick release remaining pressure. Shred chicken using two forks.
