  • 9 lasagna noodles (regular or no-boil)
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 can (15 oz) refried beans
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a large baking dish.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, then drain fat and stir in taco seasoning.
  3. Mix refried beans with salsa in a bowl until combined.
  4. Layer half of the bean-salsa mixture at the bottom of the dish, followed by lasagna noodles, half the meat mixture, and half the cheese.
  5. Repeat layers, ending with noodles topped by remaining salsa and cheese.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly.
