- 4 medium russet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef with chopped onions and minced garlic until cooked through. Drain excess fat.
- Layer half of potato slices in the greased baking dish. Add half of the meat mixture on top. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
- Pour heavy cream evenly over the dish and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
