Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Mahi Mahi fillets (6 oz each)
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or cilantro) for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, honey, salt, pepper, and chili flakes (if using) to create the marinade.
  2. Place Mahi Mahi fillets in a shallow dish or resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375-400°F).
  4. Remove fillets from marinade, shaking off excess. Grill for about 4-5 minutes per side until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Sprinkle fresh herbs over fillets before serving.
