Description

  • 1 medium head cauliflower (approx. 4 cups florets)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3/4 cup buffalo sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour with water until smooth.
  3. Coat each cauliflower floret in the batter, shaking off excess.
  4. Arrange on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Toss hot cauliflower in buffalo sauce and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Serve warm with ranch dressing or extra buffalo sauce.
