Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix flour with water until smooth.
- Coat each cauliflower floret in the batter, shaking off excess.
- Arrange on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Toss hot cauliflower in buffalo sauce and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
