  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter (for greasing)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with butter.
  2. Thinly slice the potatoes using a knife or mandoline for uniform thickness.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Layer half of the potato slices in the greased baking dish, pour half of the cream mixture over them, and sprinkle with half of the cheddar cheese.
