Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, eggs, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- In another bowl, mix flour, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually combine this dry mixture with the wet ingredients until just mixed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Add chopped nuts if desired.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool before slicing.
